- attempting to shut down blogs.

Naming names is hardly a breach of journalist ethics. That's what journalism is.
Honesty, balanced reporting and disclosing interests are also landmarks of good journalism. Haven't seen much of that in El Gordo's (The Fat One's) work.

Why bother suing a bankrupt for defamation? Applying for damages is pointless and the money spent on lawyers is wasted.
Dickensian as it sounds in Buddha Boy's case I'm all for bring back debtors prisons and after he's done his time and repaid his creditors - because I have a sense of compassion - poor houses. Imagine Andy making oakum for caulking clipper ships - it's a career in which he might excel.
