The words "sin" and "smear" and "Andrew Landeryou" in the same article - not unusual

The Herald Sun writes:

SMEARS AND SINNERS

by Alan Howe

POLICE seldom become involved in the political process, but they are rightly taking keen interest in events around the failed campaign by Les Twentyman for the Kororoit by-election.

Because of the margin by which Labor won, it is perhaps hard to see the Court of Disputed Returns agreeing that Labor's mischievous pamphlet saying a vote for Twentyman was a vote for the Liberals might have swayed the result.

And that's a shame, because had the result been closer, the devious pamphlet would almost certainly lead to the by-election result being annulled.

But the Electoral Commission might yet bring a prosecution against ALP figures on the basis that the pamphlet was designed to mislead voters - and the commission takes the issue of doing so quite seriously.

Already, Twentyman has obtained an intervention order against political blogger Andrew Landeryou, who published pictures of the youth worker's house on his website, along with detailed descriptions of the rooms inside, and even art on the walls.

There were also apparent threats of more revelations about the Twentyman house and his lifestyle.

Magistrate Noreen Toohey was obviously convinced Twentyman and his wife had a right to fear the ramifications of the publication of the pictures and she ordered the website not reveal the location of the house or Twentyman's wife's identity, and she ordered Landeryou not go within 200m of the place.

As it turns out, apparently Landeryou has never been inside the Twentyman marital home, but other state Labor figures have.

And if other information was to be supplied about it to Landeryou for publication on the controversial site, Victoria Police will be very interested.

Landeryou is BANNED - Truth On! (UPDATED x2)

UPDATE x2

Even the footy forums are talking about it.

" good on Les Twentyman for getting some defence against this serial piece of absolute #### garbage.

Andrew Landeryou is a disgrace to the labor party, and probably the human species.

he is nothing more than a pissant bully, its about time the media again turned the blow torch on andy landy's own disgraceful past to show up this bully for what he is."

UPDATE x1

Landeryou believes that a message from a (real!) Herald Sun journalist is more that it is.

Also, did Landeryou ask the journalist's permission to air the message?

ORIGINAL

YOUTH worker Les Twentyman's family has obtained an intervention order against political blogger Andrew Landeryou after photographs of their house appeared on his site The Other Cheek.

Mr Twentyman's wife -- who doesn't want her name published -- sought the intervention order last week and was yesterday granted an interim order at Sunshine Magistrates' Court.

It forbids Mr Landeryou -- a favourite son of the Premier's own faction -- from going within 200m of their house and from publishing any material on his blog that would reveal the house's location or Mr Twentyman's wife's identity.

It also prevents him from being within 10m of Mr Twentyman's wife.

Magistrate Noreen Toohey adjourned the hearing until July 31 to allow Mr Landeryou to get legal representation.

The stoush erupted last month when Mr Twentyman ran as an independent candidate in the Kororoit by-election -- which Labor won -- and Mr Landeryou ran a long campaign against the Lower House hopeful.

Mr Twentyman said last night his wife was worried about the photos of their house that had been published on The Other Cheek, and was concerned for her safety.

Last night Mr Landeryou told the Herald Sun that he was confident the interim intervention order against him would be dropped.

"I will be vigorously defending this and it's extremely unlikely it will be granted," he said.

Solicitor James Dowsley said he was seeking a permanent intervention order against Mr Landeryou for Mr Twentyman's wife.

Mr Twentyman has also filed a complaint with the Victorian Electoral Commission about a pamphlet the Labor Party distributed during the by-election campaign that stated a vote for Les Twentyman was a vote for the Liberals.

Mr Twentyman's lawyer, Dennis Galimberti, said a prominent QC had advised him they had a good chance of proving there had been a breach of the Electoral Act.

They claim the pamphlet misled the electorate and will be asking electoral commissioner Steven Tully to charge ALP state secretary Stephen Newnham and the ALP.

Mr Tully is not expected to make any decision on the matter until at least early August.

Monday’s Mania’s Massive Reveal

In past weeks/months we have revealed the inner workings of Andrew Landeryou’s Fat Cave. Courtesy of TS regular, Dark Rider, we can reveal the exact location of the Fat Cave. (Right click into a new tab/page to view larger version)

And it’s a very interesting location, with a KFC restaurant just metres around the corner in Bourke St.

Now where is that AEC enrolment form, so we can complete Andrew Landeryou’s electoral roll details?

Landeryou previously lived in a $1.8 million Parkville mansion, and then after returning from online gaming spivery haven, Costa Rica, he moved into the high rise living of Southbank, and exclusive pictures here.

Landeryou later was forced out of his expensive Southbank squat, and gave patriots the run around suggesting he moved to patriot haven Brunswick.

But Dark Rider has revealed that Landeryou lives in Russell St.

Landeryou must have got his taste for inner city living from his time as the guest of the Melbourne Custody Centre, where he made “...an astonishing move to stay in custody indefinitely”. Landeryou is so far the only inmate to have put on weight after eating at the MCC.

We would counsel TS readers and patriots to avoid the area; especially when Landeryou is feeding on KFC, as strange noises have been reported, best described as sounding like “Bjork possessed by Satan”.

In other related matters, we can report that Landeryou’s Blog of Sleaze has been explained by this story.

Andrew Landeryou disgusts Patriots

Our exclusive on Monday has unleashed significant Patriot concern about Andrew Landeryou, measured in degrees of disgust.

GrodsCorp provided further background exploring "...Australian blogosphere’s most unctuous bottom-feeder, Andrew Landeryou".

As we were advised by a Patriotic reader, the GrodsCorp story centred on "Iain Hall (who) outed Ant Rogenous and Landeryou revealed it on his blog of shame. Unfortunately, Ant was winding Iain up, and having been severely embarrassed, Landeryou won't admit his mistake."

Meanwhile one of Andy's few 'Blog of Sleaze' friends, Leon Bertrand, is "a bullshit artist". Only marginally better than Liberal Party 'chair sniffers'.

Meanwhile the Fat Cave dweller is critical of Laurie Oakes for losing weight. Does Landeryou also hate thin, healthy people - now added to his hate list.

Meanwhile, reader Abigail seems to have identified where Landeryou could go. It's been mentioned before.

“No-one knows who made that contribution”

In 2003, Delia Delegate was the talk of the town. Popular among Crikey.com readers for her/his/it’s intimate take on the internal affairs of the Labour Party, and especially of the LU faction.

So popular was Delia that she/he/it was mentioned in Hansard (pp33 & 35 of the pdf).

An opposition MP made the first reference to Delia, and in response, a Government MP responded in order to deflect attention from Delia’s true identity: “No-one knows who made that contribution”.

Really, no-one?

The Fat Cave

Prominent Patriot, Dark Rider, had advised the Community of Patriots of the address of Andrew Landeryou’s new lair, officially called the Fat Cave.

The Fat Cave, however, is not listed on the Electoral Rolls as Landeryou’s official address.

Landeryou appears to continue to be committing an offence under the Electoral Act, by not listing his Fat Cave address as his permanent home address.

More evidence for the Victorian Parliament’s Electoral Matters Committee to investigate.

Meanwhile, lots of Landeryou’s Blog of Sleaze readers have joined us. Thanks Patriot Kevin.

Andrew Landeryou vs. Slanderyou: YOU DECIDE!

Apparently, the nation is going to an election this weekend.

So, TS thought why not have our own election.

See above - we are running a poll. Who do you want?

The two candidates are ourselves, and Costa Rican Andrew “the Rat” Landeryou.

(There is some doubt whether Landeryou’s Costa Rican residency excludes him from running in Australian elections – let alone the bankruptcy – but let’s put that aside for now.)

It is a simple two horse race, first past the post, with no sordid preference deals to worry about, for example remember how associates close to Landeryou in the immediate past Senate election orchestrated a murky preference deal to elect Family First to the Senate, displacing an ALP Senator.

Vote NOW.

We are campaigning on freedom of speech, corporate governance, patriotism, and improved funding for mental health so Landeryou can get some much needed help.

Landeryou is campaigning on … well… ask him/her/it/them.

The poll closes Monday.

Andrew Landeryou: press release

Andrew Landeryou has begun issuing press releases; of all things!

Very strange, given that Andy has nothing to say!

What is also interesting is the question: has 'homeless' Andy advised the Electoral Commission of his new address? His new address doesn't appear on his blog!

Paris Hilton's prison diary - where's Andy's

UPDATE 2

Paris is released from gaol/jail; still serves more time than Andy.

UPDATED
Andrew can't be serious - or is he?

He is now criticising the Young Liberals and 'botching' $10,000. Why is the Liberal Party bogger doing it? I guess, he thinks people have forgotten how he turned $4 million according to Landeryou's own words "...a comic" total of just $13,000.

Paris Hilton is writing a prison journal. That other former inmate, Andrew Landeryou has yet to release his diary of his experiences in gaol, even though he said he would!

Hot off the press!

OUT OF DATE

"THROWN out of his Southbank high-rise after the cockroaches complained, and now embedded in the People's Socialist Republic of Brunswick, loony blogger Andrew Landeryou seems to have let his housekeeping lapse. Addled Andy's name still appears on the latest roll for the electorate covering Wardlow, the Parkville mansion that was seized and sold in July 2005 by irked creditor Solly Lew. This raises the question: how did Landeryou vote in last year's state poll and how will this little tosser exercise his democratic fright at the federal election? That's assuming he's bright enough to number the boxes."

Landeryou's residence status has long been a concern to patriotic Slanderyou readers. This is another line of inquiry through which the Victorian Parliament’s Electoral Matters Committee should severely probe Landeryou.

And you can also add that Landeryou has no friends: its true!

ANDREW LANDERYOU IN PARLIAMENTARY INQUIRY PROBE

The Victorian Parliament’s Electoral Matters Committee has been established to inquire into the conduct of the 2006 Victorian State Election.

The Committee is set to report back to Parliament by 30 June 2007.

Immediately following the election result, Andrew Landeryou was vociferous in his claims about all manner of incompetence by the Electoral Commission in its handling of the election count.

Will Landeryou make a written submission to the Inquiry? Will he back up his comments with documented allegations?

Team Slanderyou looks forward to reading the submission; but why do we doubt that there ever will be a submission?
