D Day for Andrew Landeryou

Tomorrow, is D Day for Andrew Landeryou. He is facing another appointment in the courts, this time concerning an intervention order.

Of course this is not the first time that Landeryou has been before the courts on such matters.

As recently as 2005, he was "...ordered to stay away from the liquidator of Melbourne University's student union".

Landeryou was last before the court system in January 2008. And in December, the same court found that: "On other developments, it looks as if the Court agrees with patriots everywhere that Landeryou must be anal-probed:“…they have obtained a court order - at least on an interim basis - to access the back-end of the OC”. What could he ever be hiding in there?"

Landeryou finds the court system comical.

Landeryou is also alleged to have: "...consistently (and) definitely (been) violating the NPOV policy of undue weight. Landeryou is of course too heavy for words.

Federal Court continues anal-probe of Landeryou & other KFC nuggets

Last Friday, Andrew Landeryou was subject to his now regular anal-probe appointment with the Federal Court.

Numerous sightings and coverage of the events were reported by patriots.

Meanwhile in other unsavoury developments:

• Landeryou is overjoyed that terrorist state, Syria, has enabled KFC to operate in that country. Landeryou is doubly delighted because of his fondness for the deformed chicken speciality, and his own terrorist links.

• Landeryou is closely monitoring the US story involving soggy cookies and cakes, as a trio of inmates is suing an Illinois sheriff for $2 million, claiming their rights have been violated by the provision of lousy baked goods. When Landeryou was last in prison, he actually put on weight.

• Landeryou makes the news in The Ukraine. What is it with Landeryou’s fascination with exotic countries such as The Ukraine and Costa Rica – lack of extradition treaties?

• Landeryou comments on Macquarie Bank. Since October 2007, Macquarie has lost nearly a 1/3 of its share price. Losing shareholders money is something Landeryou knows how to do, very well.

• Landeryou accuses a real journalist of stalking. Landeryou should know.

• Meanwhile, another blogger says of Landeryou: “Resident right-wing nutter, Andrew Landeryou has a swag of blather in his usual shotgun style.”

2008 looks a lot like 2007, and 2006 for that matter!

Landeryou is again in court today. The court is allowing the plantiffs to "anal-probe" through Landeryou's 'evidence'.

But it must be noted that Landeryou was already convicted in the court of patriotic opinion, see here and here.

Access to Andrew Landeryou’s “back-end”

Andrew Landeryou is up to his neck in court battles (again) at the moment. He is being made to wear his bankruptcy like a crown of thorns.

What is particularly interesting is that Landeryou is commenting on all the intricacies of the Court proceedings. Contempt of court anyone?
