Delia Landeryou – hairdressing tips

Andrew Landeryou has a history of hiding behind aliases. Freedom Freddy, Joe Klein, Andy Landy, Cait and Catter8 are but some examples. He’s had lots of practice.

His most famous creation (personality?) however is Delia Delegate (nee Landeryou).

Having been publicly exposed as Delia Delegate by the magazine editor that published his willfully destructive and defamatory anti-Labor Unity pieces, Andrew Landeryou continues to deny all knowledge.

However, his denial hasn’t extended to returning the payments he received for the submissions to Crikey.

Why won’t this story go away? Why won’t Landeryou admit the truth? Why does Landeryou enjoy ‘dressing up’ as a female commentator?

Ps: is it time that Landeryou invested in a comb over?

Hey, there's a thought.

Put a bounty out for a fresh photo of Landeryou's comb over.

He loves taking photos. Why not make him the subject of them for a change?

A No. 1 haircut might help disguise the bald patch but nothing can help the double chin on Bolt's Poodle. Definitely a face for radio but Buddha Boy's shrill voice (as heard Jon Faine's program last year) rules out that career path.

Hey, what happened to that story you had about Landy's investors?

Ooops. Poor little Landy's banned me for the following post (which he edited a couple of times).

Good to see he's refreshingly predictable...

And calling me 'Alex White' of all things...

'And again, you've edited the post.

What would you know about being a 'decent Australian'? Most 'decent Australians' don't flee overseas leaving their families to deal with their extensive debts. Nor do they stalk women in the inner suburbs (as you've gleefully admitted to).

No amount of deletion on Halo Scan, nor an attempt to rebadge your blog (through what's laughably been described as a 'hacking incident') as something other than an ALP shit-sheet will cause anyone to forget your lack of ethical credibility.

Although it's nice to see you finally realising the swamp you've created for yourself...'

What i find amazing is that Landeryou is still running his blog apparently full time!

Should he have a job? Is he unemployed? Can someone explain this to me?

Anonymous said...

With his track record who would employ him? Lacks people skills, no talent for photography or writing, little business acumen or political nous, questionable hygiene, bombastic and a bully.

But it is interesting that landeryou doesn't have a job. So is he on unemployment benefits? if so, when does the work-for-the-dole kick in. If he isn't on unemployment benefits, then he must be licing off personal savings/investments. If that is the case, why is he a bankrupt?

You may not be the only one asking that question.

If you go down to the federal court on Oct 30 at 9.30 you might find out some answers.

Seems landeryou jnr and snr are due to face some questions.

See the federal court file no: (P)VID1294/2006

I've had a quick look on the Fed Court site, I don't see any reference to the Landeryous. What's the deal?

Anonymous said...

Oh dear yes.

Go to

http://esearch.fedcourt.gov.au/Esearch?p=further_details&det=coa_order&mat_id=3504009

Then dowload the documents - click on the link to "yes".

Alternatively type the file number into the fed court esearch facility. For some reason it doesn't come up with anything if you just type Landeryou into it.

file type: VID
Sequence number: 1294
Year: 2006

Good find.

The applicants are liquidators Pitcher Partners.

Pitcher partners are Landeryou's Trustee in Bankruptcy. Most likely they have suponead him in order for them (or his creditors) to ask him (and his father) questions under oath about his financial dealings and assets.

That could mean that they have questions about whether he is hiding or dealing with assets that should properly be in the hands of the trustee.

It may prove illuminating. He may think he is above the law, but in my experience it generally and eventually catches up with you.

It is a public examination so anyone can attend.

It will probably be good entertainment if his previous attendences in court are anything to go by.

One day I think we should publish the 'great moments' of the Landeryou's in Court - it could be called 'Landeryou's - a profile of melodrama".

Much like his life I presume.
