Peter van Onselen almost!

Peter van Onselen is becoming almost as inaccurate at political punditry as that other infamous Liberal Party blogger and online gamining spiver.

30 Truth On Comments:

Van Onselen has his faults but he is not a 350 kilo plus cross-dresser on an internet defamation spree financed by seedy brown-paper-bag donations from the state secretary of the Victorian ALP. He has also never stolen a few million dollars from Solly Lew nor left a trail of bankrupt companies behind him.

Peter Van Onselen has two jobs, one with the Australian and one with Edith Cowan University.

El Gordo has no visible means of support.

Stone Cold Steve Austin said...

Fairfax Media has posted a net loss of $380 million for the 2009 financial year.

Add another couple of noughts and you get close to the amount of money Landeryou has cost his business partners, investors, associates etcetera.

Hot Rodding men put great store in accuracy. Me and my colleagues intend to repeatedly assault Landeryou in ways that we have checked and doubled checked can be guaranteed to humiliate him and cause excruciating pain.

Vexnews commentators got it correct with their descriptions of fraud at the EPA Stasi. Howard biographer Van Onselen should comment on that too, condemning the EPA Stasi in Victoria and the Socialist Leftistas who support it.

Landeryou is weak when he removes comments critical of the EPA Stasi, presumably because he doesn't want to front the bushfire Royal Commission.

Vexnews not updated since Friday. El Gordo must have changed work for the dole day to Monday from Thursday.

Buddha Boy isn't enrolled in a Work for the Dole project. Instead he collects disability benefits under a variety of false names.

Cait Catt said...

It is untruthful to suggest Patriot that Andrew is collecting disability benefits under my name.

I am entitled to and receive disability benefits in my own name, not that of anyone else.

My disability arises from the trauma of socialist leftista members preventing me from working when I was able to.

Long live Vexnews, the greatest news site on the web.

Anonymous said...

Your disability consists of being too fat, too drunk and too pathologically criminally inclined for anyone to give you a job, you obese piece of shit.

Anonymous said...

Fat Man Landeryou suffers from another disability called transvestitism.

Anonymous said...

I hear that Andrew also takes what he calls "management fees" from sad retard Sergeant Sasha's cretinism pension.

Why does he bother said...

Landeryou should rename Vexnews, because of recent and current content, to 'Slag Liberal Uni Students in NSW'.

The verminous creep and stalker must be spending all his slender investigative powers on trawling Liberal Uni sites.

W H Y ?

What does this have to do with anything. The Libs are self-destructing from Canberra on down. Why wouldn't Lib Uni students in NSW be feuding and brawling too?

The answer is obvious. Vexnews is a gaudily painted trap for unwary, dim victims like unionists and young Liberals.

There is a formula. Concoct a rubbishy 'story' that will suck in the punters. Landeryou, with his fake comments, stokes the fire by invoking names he has discovered while stalking the union or young Liberal sites. He puts false words into their mouths and ends up with heaps of comments.

Its all very strange.

But the Unionists and Young Liberals fall for it every time.

Peter van Onselen is neither an impressive nor an influential commentator. He at least through writes adequately informed pieces on influential public figures rather than inventing lies and spreading smears about suburban council nobodies or student politicians.

Predictability is death said...

Vexnews is becoming so predictable that I read it before going to bed, just about now, because I have found it a lot more effective than sleeping pills.

In his fake comments, Landeryou uses words and phrases only he would employ. When I see them, I exclaim 'Aha!' and nod off...

When a blog becomes boring and predictable it is dying.

Can editor-in-chief Landeryou save the sinking ship? Thankfully, No!

Go! Tobias! said...

Landeryou is becoming an extensive chronicler of Liberal fools at Sydney Uni. How interesting... Yawn...Snore!

Landeryou's blog concerns an imported Scots Patriot with the unlikely name of Tobias Lehmann who, according to Landeryou assaulted a non-entity named James Rowe at UNSW.

At least Tobias Lehmann showed a certain style. According to Landeryou's report "Mr Rowe says the alleged assailant stood on a table, placed him in a headlock, struck him repeatedly on the back and attempted to force a karaoke microphone down his throat".

I guess that Patriots on this Blog would have also stuffed Rowe's repulsive right-wing beliefs down his throat too.

As usual Landeryou's blunderbus approach to 'reporting' news includes many other targets too numerous and tiresome to comment on here.

Life is too short. And there are many interesting and positive happenings that occur everyday that will never surface on vexnews - the bleakest, blackest blog.

Australian governments have a lot of Watchdogs which, in the main, are toothless and contribute little if nothing. The Age reports Petrol Commissioner Joe Dimasi, who thinks petrol is now cheapest on Wednesdays rather than Tuesdays.

"It is actually a pretty good bargain - buying at the bottom of the cycle - because, I know we all resent paying what we have to pay for petrol, but it is pretty close to, and quite often below, the wholesale level.

"The retailers are not, on that day, necessarily making a lot of money, so it is a good bargain".

Ooops, the useless twit forgot to mention the 38 cents a litre abominable federal government excise tax that is there seven days a week, 365 days a year.

What a bunch of crooks politicians and their useless 'watchdogs' actually are.

What a monumental ripoff and extra tax!

Don't forget the execrable Tapis Singapore petrol price that sets our prices here thanks to a BP executive who years ago signed the federal government up to this looney scheme.

I've asked my employer to give me a Singapore salary so I can afford the Singapore petrol prices. Guess what he said?

I wouldn't be allowed there.

ATTORNEY-GENERAL
ROBERT McCLELLAND MP
25 August 2009

REFORMS TO PERSONAL BANKRUPTCY LAWS

Attorney-General, Robert McClelland, today released the Government’s proposed reforms to Australia’s personal bankruptcy laws for public consultation.

The Bankruptcy Legislation Amendment Bill 2009 seeks to modernise personal insolvency arrangements by recognising that the majority of bankruptcies relate to consumer debts and involve people with relatively few assets and little income.

“Increasingly, bankruptcies tend to involve people who have simply fallen on hard times rather than unscrupulous debtors trying to avoid paying their debts,” Mr McClelland said.

The proposed amendments will give those in financial distress a more realistic opportunity to consider their options, reorganise their affairs and where possible, avoid bankruptcy, by:

- increasing the minimum debt for which a creditor can petition for bankruptcy from $2,000 to $10,000;

- increasing the stay period from when a declaration of intent to file a debtor’s petition is filed to when a creditor may commence action to recover debts from seven to 28 days; and

- increasing the income, asset and debt thresholds to allow more people in financial distress to enter into voluntary debt agreements.

In addition, the Bill proposes to strengthen the penalties for some offences, particularly those involving fraud, to appropriately reflect the seriousness of the conduct and ensure the penalties align with similar offences in other Commonwealth, State and Territory legislation. It also strengthens powers for the Inspector-General in Bankruptcy to investigate possible offences.

“The Government is committed to ensuring our bankruptcy laws are able to deal with personal insolvency issues quickly and efficiently so that people can get back on their feet as soon as possible.”

These reforms aim to ensure those in financial difficulty have the opportunity and the ability to obtain advice and information about their options and possible alternative solutions before entering bankruptcy.

Amendments will be made in close consultation with all relevant stakeholders and as such, the draft Bill will be open for public comment until Monday, 14 September 2009.

The draft Bill and accompanying Explanatory Memorandum are available on the Attorney-General’s Department website at www.ag.gov.au.

An interesting observation from the Attorney that “The Government is committed to ensuring our bankruptcy laws are able to deal with personal insolvency issues quickly and efficiently so that people can get back on their feet as soon as possible.”

It will be impossible for Landeryou to ever get back on his feet because he is too fat.

Andrew Landeryou is almost 40. He already suffers from painful gout. His gross obesity is believed to be causing him ever increasing issues with arthritis and his feet. Soon he will need to be put down.

Attorney-General, Robert McClelland, has released the exposure draft Bankruptcy Legislation Amendment Bill 2009 containing the Government’s proposed reforms to Australia’s personal bankruptcy laws for public consultation.
The proposed amendments will:
 increase the minimum debt for which a creditor can petition for bankruptcy from $2,000 to $10,000;
 increase the stay period from when a declaration of intent to file a debtor’s petition is filed to when a creditor may commence action to recover debts from seven to 28 days; and
 increase the debt, income and asset tests thresholds for debt agreements.

It also strengthens powers for the Inspector-General in Bankruptcy to investigate possible offences.
It appears that the proposal to reduce the bankruptcy period for first time bankrupts is not being implemented.
The draft Bill will be open for public comment until Monday, 14 September 2009

Obese criminal freak Andrew Landeryou is obsessing over the minutiae of the Liberal preselection in Brendan Nelson's seat of Bradfield. It might be more interesting to see if the Liberals will hold the seat or how big a swing they might suffer if the government stages the byelection at the same time as the second vote on the ETS. Then again neither politics nor business have never been Landeryou's strong points.
