Andrew Landeryou talking real estate

Andrew Landeryou has been talking real estate again.

He has criticized someone for selling their family home, and one would expect, at a profit – profit is something Landeryou struggles to understand given his management of MUSU, IQ Corp and his bankrupt blog would suggest.

The criticism, as is per usual from Landeryou, is wrong.

However, Landeryou does maintain an interest in real estate.

He, of course, had up until recently lived in a luxurious apartment building, well known for its millionaire views, before moving to his Brunswick villa.

He once lived in the exclusive suburb of Parkville, before running to Costa Rica to pursue online gaming spivery activities, and before his Parkville Mansion was placed under forced sale to recover outstanding debts.

Previous comment is crapola.

The Landeryou blog won a Walkley. Slanders blog of filth did not.

Language cait! Anyone would think that you were just Landeryou all dressed up, and feeling the pressure!

How do U spin that?

I understand Landeryou lives in a boarding house in Preston. The Brunswick talk is just fat boy's attempt at street cred.

Anonymous said...

Can Landeryou be living in a boarding house? Can;t beleive that, especially given his need to an extensive array of computer equipment and very fast download facility to run his crappy blog.

Rev Nalliah also prayed for Landeryou and said it was God's will that the Landeryou blog won a Walkley Blog Award.

Very forgiving man. After all the Landeryou blog has been very critical of him.

I thought Landeryou lived in the KFC restaruant on Sydney Road!

Anonymous said...

Don't forget, there is also Red Rooster directly opposite. It has an atm out the front, so Andy wouldn't have to walk very far!

If I remember correctly, Landeryou admitted he attended the auction with his dog, having walked up from his palatial apartment in Southbank. He may have tried to wreck the auction by putting up dummy bids.

Anonymous said...

Dummy bids are illegal in this state. Andrew would never do anything illegal.

Anonymous said...

Brian Burke cost Western Australian taxpayers more than 600 million dollars thanks to his statist schemes.

Big government supporter Andrew Landeryou aplauds this man's socialist shonkery.

May be not "Dummy" bids but "Dumber" bids.

EXCLUSIVE: The OC Blog of Freedom Granted Everlasting Life By National Library

Comrades in the employ of TheAgeBC and their running dog ALP preference biatch Stephen Mayne have disputed the OC's right to publish news and political commentary.

They believe in free speech as long as it agrees with them, they talk human rights at inner-city all-night dinner parties but when the day dawns they pull on the shiny black boots of censorship fascism.

On the rough count of the OC Investigations Unit, TheAgeBC and Mayne has defamed us on no fewer than 220 occasions this year alone. Multiple references to my glorious financial status, personal life, even accusations that I smell, am perpetually in tears, am "spineless" (in contrast to brave anono-blogs promoted by Lawrence Money) and so much more. Why? It's a desperate attempt to shut us up. It's an attempted lynching by gossip column that exposes the true nature of the filth that populates The Age newspaper.

The very essence of the OC drives these angry, nasty leftists insane with rage.

A smart-alec commentator (now plural, thank you Freedom Freddy who is seriously kicking butt) who knows more than they do, writes better than they can, breaks more stories than plates get broken at a Greek wedding, uses and abuses Photoshop in a manner grossly disproportionate to our natural artistic skill, who stands up for freedom in all its manifestations, who defies Left bullying thuggery and standover silencing tactics, who repudiates their assumptions that the Greens are our saviours and the Socialist Left pure as the driven snow with hard-facts and insider knowledge.

Bottom line: THEY HATE IT.

Socialist Left Senator Kim Carr, a Labor front-bencher who you'd think might have better things to do with his taxpayer funded time even pulled out a binder in a factional meeting containing the OC's Complete Works. It was replete with post-it notes, highlighted parts and attachments. According to a witness, he seemed very familiar with my writings.

He's got so used to getting a dream run from the media with invented yarns of his opponents being corrupt that he clearly finds the OC extremely confronting.

THE AGE DOESN'T LIKE US :-(
Back to our journalist comrades.

The cantankerous old bush-pigs Suzanne Carbone and Lawrence "Dirty Larry" Money are so desperate to shut us down that they have even dared challenge the OC's credentials as a hard-working journalist.

Lawrence Money, who has never really worked as a journalist at all, instead serves up sloppy seconds of usually desperately lame tid-bits phoned through to his ricketty old answering machine.

When he first stated writing, usually the gossip came on stone tablets.

His lame-ass column was once in the now defunct afternoon daily Melbourne Herald and was then regurgitated into the appalling Joan Kirner promoting Sunday Age. When Larry demanded a pay-rise he was told he had to work week-days, so now he puts in an ever so stressful three-day week. It's enough to give a man dandruff from all the stress.

The Age think so highly of his "journalism" that they designate the hideous old goat as "entertainment", in the same manner as Barnum and Bailey used to wheel out their circus-freaks to entertain kiddies and drunks alike.

Smut-scribe Lawrence Money wrote on September 25 in his vendetta vehicle the Age:

MILLI Vanilli thought they were singers. Andy Landeryou thinks he's a journalist. It's up there on the hilarious Richter scale.

They even had a go at us for "revealing the address of a single woman" who worked at The Age. (Leonie Wood). Only trouble was we didn't reveal her address and she wasn't single, she'd just decided she was better off without blokes and had shacked up with another Ms. The significant other who co-owns the property now (Kate Dempsey) might not have been impressed that her Comrade was describing herself as single.

Again why do they bother? Because they HATE that there's one person willing to stand up to their filth and smears and stick it right back up 'em.

AND YET THE OC IS A "NATIONALLY SIGNIFICANT" WEBSITE
Turns out Dirty Larry and his viciously left-wing gimp Suzanne Carbone won't be invited to judge the next Australian Journalist Idol (or is it Idle?)

The National Library of Australia, some might think a more credible and qualified judge of quality in news and political commentary than a sleazy, senile, corrupt old gossip columnist, have judged the OC to be an important part of the nation's "documentary heritage".

Indeed, the OC has been ushered into the elite ranks of "electronic publications of lasting cultural and research value", according to Edgar Crook of the National Library.

The National Library mantains an archive of online publication they consider to "have national significance."

Accordingly, it will be archived "in perpetuity." Which according to the Greens party's scare campaigning about Climate Change Doomsdays, is sometime before Christmas.

Game on.

Dear Mr Landeryou

This is a copy of a letter sent to you on 18 October 2006. We have not yet received a response from you and would appreciate your consideration of this matter at your earliest convenience.

The National Library of Australia aims to build a comprehensive collection of Australian publications to ensure that Australians have access to their documentary heritage now and in the future. The Library has traditionally collected items in print, but it is also committed to preserving electronic publications of lasting cultural and research value.

PANDORA, Australia's Web Archive, was set up by the Library in 1996 to enable the archiving and provision of long-term access to online Australian publications. Since then we have been identifying online publications and archiving those that we consider have national significance. Additional information about PANDORA can be found on the Library's server at: http://pandora.nla.gov.au/index.html

We would like to include the The Other Cheek : Andrew Landeryou's Blog of Freedom in the PANDORA Archive and I would be grateful if you would let me know whether you are willing to permit us to do so, that is, grant us a licence under the Copyright Act 1968, to copy your publication into the Archive and to provide public online access to it via the Internet. This means that you would grant the Library permission to retain your publication in the Archive and to provide public access to it in perpetuity.

If you are willing to grant us such a licence, please complete the short form at the end of this message and return it to me.

There are some benefits to you as a publisher in having your publication archived by the Library. If you grant us a copyright licence, the Library will take the necessary preservation action to keep your publication accessible as hardware and software changes over time. The Library will catalogue your publication and add the record to the National Bibliographic Database (a database of catalogue records shared by over 1,100 Australian libraries), as well as to our own online catalogue. This will increase awareness of your publication among researchers using libraries.

If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me, Edgar Crook, by telephone or by email.

Yours sincerely
