“…uncovered contracts being awarded without appropriate approvals, falsification of records, conflicts of interest, and possible impropriety"

Not long ago Kathleen Clothier LLB MBA gave an insightful presentation to a conference titled “Non-Profit Governance for the 21st Century”.

One of the subjects she touched on was Andrew Landeryou.

Andy is a specialist in running non-profit organizations. Remember MUSU, IQ Corp, his blog, amongst others. He is so good at turning profitable businesses into unprofitable ones, it is no wonder that he would feature prominently at a non-profit symposium.

In the presentation Clothier made a number of points. They included:

Adding,

She concluded her interesting presentation with some interesting questions:

Perhaps Team Slanderyou patriots we could help her with her question.

Meanwhile, as these issues remain largely unresolved, Landeryou keeps posting on his Blog of Sleaze. Perhaps, Landeryou should first be posting about MUSU like he promised. Perhaps one of his many personalities would care to run the defence? After all, it’s all irony to Andy.

What a load of nonsense. Some unknown PhD student presents a thesis based on material from Leonie Wood.

In the United States it is well known a PhD was once awarded for a study of Peruvian bordellos. Seems the Australian equivalent is the rantings of Ms Wood.

Andrew cotninues to publish the best blog on net bar none. That's why he won the inaugural Walkley Blog Award and Slanderyou didn't. Of course the efforts of Solomon Lew, Lawrence Money, Suzanne Carbone and Leonie Wood prevented Andrew from winning a subsequent award, as I have pointed out many times before.

Go Andrew.

Go OC.

Kathleen Clothier, the lawyer Slanderyou thinks so much of, lives in Beechworth.

That's the town of Ned Kelly.

Slanderyou is a bit of a Ned Kelly antagonist himself, seeking to claim a poor innocent honest ethical award-winning journalist is something else. Spends too much time reading Carbone, Money and Lew, not forgetting Ms Wood of course.

Go back to where you came from last year Mr Slanderyou. That's in Costa Rica.

Hoping that all members of the defence team had a happy Easter. Best wishes for the remainder of 2008 also.

How do you know about Beechworth? Been stalking them too Andy?

Is the love affair between Fat Andy and KFC about to come to a sad, sudden end? Read on, patriots...

Kentucky Fried Chicken testing grilled chickens

NEW YORK, March 24, 2008 (AFP) -

US restaurant chain Kentucky Fried Chicken said Monday it was conducting market tests of grilled chicken menu options for diners who prefer not to eat fried food.

KFC, which runs over 14,000 food outlets in more than 80 countries and is a subsidiary of Yum! Brands, Inc., said it planned to roll out its new grilled chicken dishes nationwide in early 2009.

The grilled chicken menu options will contain less calories and fat than KFC's comparable fried chicken meals.

The fast food group said its grilled chicken has between 60 and 180 calories and three to nine grams of fat compared with fried chicken which typically contains between 130 and 360 calories and eight to 24 grams of fat.

Grilled chicken will be priced at a similar level to fried chicken, KFC said.

``This great tasting product will help KFC continue to evolve and increase our relevance among consumers looking for nonfried menu options,'' said KFC President Gregg Dedrick.

KFC, like other US fast food groups, is vying to overhaul its menu as American consumers become more health conscious and wary about the foods they eat amid increased concerns about obesity.

Fast food behemoth McDonald's has already changed some of its menus and boosted the number of salads offered to its customers.

KFC, which was founded by Harland Sanders in a gasoline station during the Great Depression, said the move formed part of a wider nutrional review of its menus.

The fast food group, known for its red and white branded food ``buckets'', said it was also seeking to cut the sodium content in some of its menus after it started transitioning to zero grams trans fat per serving of fried chicken last year.

KFC said it was testing its new grilled chicken at various restaurants across the United States prior to offering the dish nationally.

Great to have you back Slanders.

This has turned out to be a fascinating blog. No wonder Landeryou is going nuts that all his soiled laundry is being publicly hung out to dry.

Islamism and other fundamentalist, tyranical and anti democratic ideologies are gaining strength across the globe, and Landeryou is correct in his view that the left is too preoccupied with criticising the system of government which allows left wing values to prosper, and is failing to confront the real enemies of democracy.

Equally, however, Landeryou spends all his time critical of liberal democratic values and participants in that debate. Get over it Landeryou - you are as much to blame as the people you criticise.

Oh look. He's bullshitting on again about his 'Walkley Blog Award'. Looks like you've struck another nerve Slanderyou.

And it sounds like we can expect to see a rant about Kathleen Clothier fairly soon.

Good to see you're not letting the fat crook rewrite history, the way he tried to on wikipedia.

Yep, whenever El Gordo's at a loss or in trouble he trots out the fake Walkley Blog Award and the conspiracy that the usual suspects prevented him from awarding himself a subsequent prize. After almost three years of blogging you would expect his readership would be growing but a quick look shows it's diminishing - another great Landeryou enterprise; start big, finish small.

Poor Ms Clothier. She may like to start taking some basic anti-stalking precautions now. Who else can feel a restraining order against El Gordo coming on?

The ABS has just produced new stats looking at people not in the labour force

Looks like Landeryou has been "under reported" in the results

I think if you click through my name above, it will take you to the ABS site

Is this the same Kathleen Clothier mentioned on this blog:

KATHLEEN CLOTHIER (deceased 2007). LLB MBA. ABN 44 098 273 299. Legal Practitioner. “It is not appropriate for [Aboriginal corporations] to have lower ...

I found this doing a google search. I also found a Rita Randles deceased in some state of the USA.

Dead people often feature on the Slanderyou blog.

Poor woman. Writing about Fat Andy caused her arteries to harden and she succumbed to KFC poisoning by proxy - a very rare disease.

That post above about KFC introducing grilled chicken must be worrying for our fraudster friend. Will he switch his loyalties entirely to Lambs on Lygon Street, home of the "patriotic snack".

Lambs is not that far from his father's flash apartment on Rathdowne St near the Elgin St corner.

Or will Fat Andy move out of the Fatcave for a Cartlon pad of his own? Bankruptcy seems not to be an obstruction to high living for Landeryou.

For more information on KFC and health conscious marketing, you can click my name above.

Here’s a historical document that may give patriotic folk a chuckle. Fat Boy Andy’s song never changes; or the sleazy company he keeps.

SOL'S SUPPORTERS

The jigsaw puzzle of identifying the few pro-Solomon Lew speakers at Tuesday's Coles Myer annual meeting has yielded more fascinating coincidences.

You may remember that Michael Easson, the former New South Wales right pollie, had been public in helping Lew with re-election.

Easson's old pal John Brown kicked off with a strong message of support, followed not long after by Sharon Alexander. She had told the AFR she was employed by Beverley Pinder Public Relations, which has done work for Lew, but Beverley Pinder rang to say they had parted company about three weeks ago. What we do know is that Sharon Alexander is the niece of Mary Easson, ne'e Alexander, Michael Easson's wife.

And what of Michael Davis, who was mistaken for Max Gillies? He changed his name from Michael Boggs, and who can blame him for that? He is involved in investment in Queensland ... and is an old friend of the Eassons.

FOR THE RECORD

Andrew Landeryou, the man who left Lew alone but questioned Nick Greiner's record something horrid, is a horse of a slightly different colour.

He is part of an Internet e-mail-based discussion group on Coles Myer in conjunction with one Gerry Pauley who has stopped giving investment advice on his web site after the Australian Securities Commission suggested he should first obtain a licence.

Landeryou's big moment came back in 1991 when a group of left-wing student types at the University of Melbourne ousted him as president of the student union after a dispute over alleged issues of mismanagement and overcrowding.

Landeryou, son of the former Storemen and Packers Union heavyweight and Cain Government minister Bill Landeryou, later told The Age newspaper the allegations were untrue, and that they had been made by "people from the ultra-left who are just tapping into a popular theme".
