UPDATE x 2 "A Victorian rumour website has also posted details of Fevola's alleged indiscretions".

UPDATE x2
Listen to the Neil Mitchell spray here, "Fevola: the real story".

UPDATE

Neil Mitchell of 3AW describes Vexnews as "scurrilous" and "wrong" and an "...idiot website".

ORIGINAL
News.com.au describes Vexnews as a "...Victorian rumour website".

It has also been described as a "shit sheet" and the Blog of Sleaze. (see labels below for details)

3AW radio presenter Neil Mitchell seems to be a lot better informed of the Fevola rumours than armchair reporter Landeryou.

This will all end in tears for the libellous, stalking, muckraker.

News.com.au was rather kind about the Landeryou libel-mill. It is, in fact, a Hate Site. Vexnews doesn't deal in rumours. It makes up lies and deceptions, and deliberately misleads its few readers--ask Les Twentyman OAM, Dean Mighell and countless mayors, councillors and politicians.

Seek urgent psychiatric help Andrew before you cause some lasting damage to yourself or those you malign.

Landy will need an AVO to protect himslf if Fev finds out where Melbourne's libeller-in-chief resides. Legal vultures are gathering overhead.

If Fev could read, he would have already briefed a QC.

Wasn't there a female journalist from The Age that launched defamation proceedings against Landeryou?

Many have contemplated legal processes to obtain relief from Landeryou's endless libels. But they are put off, wondering if he has any liquid assets or is just running on fortified bottle-shop liquids. His luxury lifestyle suggests he might have a couple of quid in the kitty though...

Blind Eye said...

Where was Neil Mitchell during Landeryou's scurrilous and wrong Kororoit election coverage?

Proof he is a madman said...

Landeryou is on his third Fevola blog. And he thinks he is in bed with the Sun.

"VEXNEWS is frequently in the habit of co-operating with the Herald Sun on many stories, partly because they have such a great reach and they do what they do so very well and professionally. That and they are the mortal enemy of our enemies at The Age, of course".

A naughty commenter wrote, in relation to Landy worshipping the Herald Sun, "you are nothing but an arse licker".

Joe Pulitzer said...

Vexnews 'editor-in-chief' Landeryou thinks his Fevola story is a scoop. It is possible for an armchair copyboy to get a scoop from informants I suppose.

But Landeryou wasn't present during the events he mentions. And he lacks the balance of replies from Fevola or the corroboration of the female Herald-Sun reporter.

Pure scuttlebutt so far.

Herald-Sun Copyboy said...

No wonder Mr Landeryou will never get a real job in journalism. His 'stories' meander all over the place, and he can't resist kicking his many enemies in 'stories' about something else'. Weird, huh? Here is a quote from one of Vexnews's current Fevola blogs. Even 'Bent Bill' gets a mention:

"Out of respect for him and his colleagues, we usually leave him alone unless subjected to extreme provocation. At one stage, the former Sunday editor argued in the pages of the newspaper that our reporting on the political candidacy of his ultra-leftist mate Les Twentyman was “criminal” and warranted “Police action.” It was an outrageous slur and we responded in kind, analysing his pointless waste-of-space weekly column in a vigorous way. His response was to engineer an unpleasant article about my father, a long since retired politician, proving that the former editor is not only clueless in pampered retirement but gutless as well.

"Other than that, we love the Herald Sun, we read it every day, regularly supply them with stories or tips, and salute their great work in eliminating The Age from the face of the Earth. For Pete’s sake, we won’t even name the former Sunday editor who is an out-of-control sociopath, because we respect his bosses like Rupert Murdoch, Peter Blunden, Phil Gardiner and many of their colleagues who are the best in the business. It’s a large organisation so there’s bound to be the occasional freak. We’ve only encountered one there so far".

See what I mean? The blog was about Fevola. I bet you can't find that name in the paras above. Nutty!

Anonymous said...

I was a junior reporter for The Sun many years ago. I'm grateful for the experience and the opportunity. But Landeryou's mad blog reminded me that the Herald-Sun was and is pretty lowbrow stuff. The Age is more intellectual, but I have never perceived a fight between the Herald-sun and the Age as imagined by the Vexnews libeller. Theirs are two different markets. Landeryou wouldn't be able to discern this simple fact. He may hate The Age. Most clever Victorians don't.

Barwon beckons said...

It's kinda obvious. Without a response from Fevola and a complaint by the female Herald-Sun reporter, there is just no story. Vexnews has not claimed there were witnesses in the ladies' bog. Nor were there any. So, without adducing any real evidence (as usual), Landeryou is making grand claims without the juice to back it up!

Silly media outlets are feasting on Landeryou's errant nonsense without realising his extensively dubious background. If the Herald-Sun is taking news tips from this crumb, the organisation is much dumber than it seems.

Pooper Scooper said...

Journos' breakfast menu Landeryou is in the shit. Now he is ARGUING with commenters to his Fevola blog:

And the evidence is what? A rumour? A chinese whisper? [VEXNEWS: Ah, did you miss the part when Fev expressed his 'sorryness']

I suggest that if this actually occured, the lady should do the appropriate thing and report the matter to Police. [VEXNEWS: That'd be up to her, not up to you. Respecting her decision, empowering her, seems to be exactly how HWT really shone through as an excellent employer this week.]

I think this site is exhibiting extreme double standards, making such an allegation against Fevola based on gossip, yet vigorously defending a retired Greek politician when there was more evidence (albeit insufficient) against that politician. [VEXNEWS: Fevola has apologised for what he did. The politician you refer to was the victim of an allegation condemned as false and fabricated by a magistrate with the case thrown out of court.]

It was claimed here that the complainant in the Greek politician’s matter was a fantasist, well so are most Herald Sun journalists. [VEXNEWS: We must know different ones...]

I am amused with this line from this story -
“No complaint has been made to the Victoria Police, at this stage, although they have been made aware of the incident.”
What on earth does that mean??? [VEXNEWS: Exactly what it says, again, like the rest of what we report, well-sourced, verified]

If they had been made aware of the incident, there would be an investigation. [VEXNEWS: Yes, that may well be right although that's not been confirmed.]

You’re making it up as you go along aren’t you Andy? [VEXNEWS: That'd be a no, while some say we're a 'rumour site', it's certainly not true that we publish unverified rumours any more than The Times of London does.] Down on hits perhaps? [VEXNEWS: LOL, our hits are never better, so much so the server fell over yesterday, oops]

I repeat my question from the other day.

What I don't get is, why was Landeryou, a balding, fat, cross dresser allowed into the Brownlow function uninvited, to loiter in or around the female toilets where the alleged incident involving Fevola took place?

Spider Pig said...

What is also interesting, is that while Landeryou does not publish his address on his 'supposed' news website, and clearly is not on the electoral role, his is a Member of Essendon. Therefore, through that channel, the authorities can track him down.

Ronin QC said...

I don't think the magistrate in the Theo case opined that it had been 'false and fabricated'. What he did say was that there was insufficient evidence for committal.

Likewise, Landeryou mentions Fevola's 'sorryness'. Was that for the sexual assault alleged by Landeryou--or was it a general apology for his misbehaviour that night?

Landeryou musta missed the tute on sexual harrassment and sexual assault. He was probably too busy standing over Farrago staff at Melbourne Uni while he and his mates were defrauding the Melbourne University Student Union.

A little birdie told me said...

My footie sources told me tonight the Brisbane Lions and AFL are getting legal advice about Vexnews. It appears that the blog was the source for some online community newspapers that have gone overboard. Fev may have been pissed that night. Now the Brisgane Lions and AFL are very pissed off at the damage Vexnews has already caused.

Fev could become a billionaire once all the media outlets that repeated the sexual assault libels are brought to account.

Mr Determined, the process server said...

Does this mean there will be the usual craven apologies from Vexnews when writs begin arriving.

How boring. It happens every time.

Anyone who was smart would learn to shut up and leave well alone. Mr Landeryou thinks he is a journo. All that means is that he can be sued for writing shite!

Garbage truck said...

There is a good reason why the Herald-Sun reportress hasn't pursued Fev.

Landeryou's sources at the Herald-Sun are the toilet cleaners there. They can barely speak English, let alone discern the murk of this frontpage story.

My gut feeling is that Landeryou is going to get trashed for his Fevola blogs. It won't be pretty. There are many dangerous variables involved.

Brutus Beekcake said...

Landeryou has moved several steps closer to joining us in the past few days. Some of the Hot-Rodders have already taken their trousers off in anticipation.

Inspector Clousseau said...

Landeryou must be getting desperate. In the comments to his Fevola blog, many lists are appearing that purport to indicate all of Fevola's indiscretions on the night.

Lists are a favorite Landeryou propagandist trick. He hasn't used his usual 'Who am I' fake commenter cover yet but at this rate probably will.

The grapevine says the Fevola Vexnews blog is a beatup, and that some of the media outlets that picked up the 'sexual assault' story are beginning to panic. That'll teach them to avoid toxic hate sites in future.

Anonymous said...

For years, Landeryou has been an unemployed internet serial pest with a shady past. There should be a federal inquiry into the telecommunications watchdog asleep in its luxury kennel. Landeryou's Libels are serious, verging on criminal, yet he gets away with them time after time. The whole community needs protection from a Hate Blog like Vexnews - not just Fevola et al.

Oh Dear! It looks like none of the media big boys bought the criminal libel touted by Vexnews that Fevola 'sexually assaulted' the Herald-Sun reporter. I guess they did their own homework and found that Landeryou is busily misleading everyone on his mad Hate Blog. Landeryou claims his blogs are checked and verified, but does not concede his many enemies might be feeding him bulldust. You can check and verify bulldust, but it is still bulldust!

Bulldust, unfortunately for him, is not a legal defence.

Umpire said...

Neil Mitchell and Landeryou in the dock together? YES! It appears that they have both 'blown' the Fevola 'sexual assault' story via gossip and rumours.

The Herald-Sun reporter hasn't complained yet. There were no witnesses. Fevola has said nothing about it. Tomorrow, there could be a lot of legal clerks working on this sordid, libellous affair.

Dung Beetle said...

I saw everything!

I was in the women's bog on Brownlow Night and saw Landeryou sneaking in there. I saw him masturbating and muttering "I bet Fevola wished he was in here". Then Ms. Firkin came in.

From what I saw, she has all the necessary fun apparatus.

Mr Fevola never came near Landeryou or Ms. Firkin. What's this all about?

Cough Up Assholes said...

I see Landeryou has wisely edited his embarrassing Vexnews headline "Firkin Hell..." to [Deleted] Hell. Maybe, he should add his Herald-Sun sources, the toilet cleaners in that organisation, to his Vexnews staff of one.

The Fevola blogs on Vewnews were a gross travesty of justice. They are going to cost the media that repeated those lies plenty.

Anonymous said...

Landy, on this occasion you have been well and truly firked!

Firkin Hell said...

The Sydney Daily Telegraph, and its Brisbane equivalent (among many others), repeated the 'sexual assault' allegations of Landeryou and Mitchell. A good libel QC could make millions for Fev from all this crap.

Prison Visitor said...

As part of the vain attempts to make the Hot Rodders rehabilitate demanded by officialdom, we carried out a fun poll on their views on the AFL ahead of the Grand Final.

Its results are yet more bad news for Andrew Landeryou.

An astounding 99.5 per cent of the Hot Rodding men were Carlton supporters.

99.2 per cent of these said the best and most valuable player this season had been Brendan Fevola.

Spider Pig said...

Landeryou is an active member of the Essendon FC. As such, Essendon should immediately cancel his membership for fear of being involved in this mess.

Fraud Squad said...

Fat failure Landeryou must be delighted by his coverage over the past days. He is only an attention seeker after all.

The fat freak is so deranged and deluded he doesn't realise that the more people know about him and his hate site the greater and wider the derision and contempt in which he is held will be.

He also doesn't seem to have figured out that it also makes it much, much more likely that he will become embroiled in serious legal tangles and that the authorities will embarrassed into acting against him.

I saw an article in The Age today that reads "The Veterans Affairs Department is investigating another five cases of war veteran fraud a few days after the head of a prisoner-of-war association Rex Crane was revealed as a fake."

Does it mean that loopy Sgt Sasha, the Poxnews Defence Editor and supposed veteran of the Seige of Khartoum, will end up behind bars before Fat Man Landeryou?

Brutus Beefcake said...

Prison Visitor (above) from earlier today has got it right. The Hot Rodders love Carlton. They are angrier with Landeryou than they were before. A band of hot rodding men are now waiting to welcome Landeryou here to Barwon wearing nothing but Carlton guernsey, hard dicks ready to go to work on him.

I believe that Landeryou's recent higher profile makes it much more likely he will end up in Barwon sooner rather than later.

I sat down on the weekend and drew up a roster for Hot Rodders to help with the welcoming when he arrives, along with allocations of Viagra for each shift.

I believe we will be able to keep up the violent pack anal raping and sexual assaulting and torturing of Landeryou for at least 10 days non-stop when he is dumped here at Barwon.

What a welcome that will be!

Here is a question that will flumox patriots here. A fellow patriot has linked Sgt Sasha with the Boer War and the Sudan. But what and when was the FIRST Australian unit to fight overseas? The answer will surprise all! As far as I can tell from the original archival documents, Sgt Sasha wasn't there, but who knows? You see him here, you see him there...

The winner will get a triple GOLD star! The prize is NOT having to read Vexnews for three weeks! I will provide gradual clues if noone can solve the puzzle quickly.

Dear "Landeryou Lies",

That's impossible. Landeryou is a world-class lying liar who lies. The London Independent is misguided. They must have been referring to Pom liars who are very good at what they do but no match for megaliars like Landeryou who fib and lie constantly especially in court. Lying is one thing, but misleading electors in an election is undemocratic and heinous!

Fevola has all but disappeared off the Vexnews blog of hate. A wise move but much too late. If he hasn't already received writs, Landeryou soon will. The Brisbane Lions' writ is the most interesting from what I hear. It has several layers which will, inter alia, totally disrupt vexnews and send it to the wall. Whichever way it goes Landeryou is in a whole lot of pooh!

Fev has sought advice too. His SC is confidant there is an action there, but is waiting for some depositions from Carlton members and others. It seems that a large number of Landeryou's allegations can be easily disproved. And she wants access to Landeryou's PC too, believing that he is the source of further derogatory and defamatory comments published on Vewnews.

Ten tips to avoid debt embarrassment

By Alex Tilbury

News Limited newspapers

October 13, 2009 12:00am

AS THE bills keep piling up, it is useful to know just why you have ended up indebted, as well as how to avoid it happening again.

Lisa Montgomery head of consumer advocacy at Resi Mortgage Corporation says it doesn't matter whether you've already learned some of the lessons or are just starting out in the world of money: "It's well worth knowing each cause and what it can cost you."

She says the 10 key debt traps to look out for are:

1. Financial illiteracy

It's surprising how many people don't understand the basic elements of mortgages and investing. The right adviser can help you to make financial decisions, and you can read newspapers and magazines.

2. Reduced income

A sudden event such as job loss may see us delay bringing our expenses in line with a reduction in income and, out of convenience or necessity, we let debt fill the gap. The sooner you adjust to your new reality the better off you'll be.

3. Under-employment

People who experience under-employment may think it's better than being unemployed, and fall into a false sense of relief. Get those expenses in line with your current income.

4. Saving too little

The simplest way to avoid unwanted debt is to prepare for unexpected expenses by reducing your discretionary spending for six to 12 months and see what you have saved as a result.

5. Lack of money communication skills

It's important for partners to communicate with each other (and their children) about finances. Keep the communication channels open and talk through with your partner some financial goals and spending styles.

6. Divorce

Statistics on marriage breakdowns alone should be enough to convince you that it can happen to anyone. A marriage may seem relatively simple to dissolve, but joint finances and debts are usually the most highly contested element of a divorce.

7. Poor money management

Draw up a budget based on your current income and spending. While this sounds simple, until you see the figures down on paper you will have limited idea where all your money is actually going.

8. Banking on a windfall

Whether it's work bonuses, an inheritance or any other windfall, don't spend the money until the cheque clears.

9. Medical expenses

No one plans to be ill but if you don't have appropriate medical insurance or there are gaps in your current coverage any amount of prolonged time away from work can hurt.

10. Gambling

Whether it's poker machines, betting at the races or placing wagers on anything it can be highly addictive, hard to stop and, unfortunately, there are always people willing to loan you money to do it. Seek professional help.

Fraud Squad said...

What about three more debt traps:

1. Spending millions you have stolen or obtained by fraud on KFC;

2. Spending millions you have stolen or obtained by fraud on cheap but potent fortified wine; and

3. Spending millions you have stolen or obtained by fraud on jumbo ultra-plus sized women’s attire.

Hello everyone!
I would like to burn a theme at here. There is such a thing, called HYIP, or High Yield Investment Program. It reminds of financial piramyde, but in rare cases one may happen to meet a company that really pays up to 2% daily not on invested money, but from real profits.

For quite a long time, I make money with the help of these programs.
I don't have problems with money now, but there are heights that must be conquered . I make 2G daily, and my first investment was 500 dollars only.
Right now, I managed to catch a guaranteed variant to make a sharp rise . Turn to my web site to get additional info.
