It’s time for another round in our popular ‘spot the similarity’ game.

Andrew Landeryou. The best blog on the net. Winner of the Inaugural Walkely Blog Award. Also ranked equal with Andrew Bolt in another award. A great compliment.
Andrew is also the subject of continual defamation by Slanderyou. By Diane Anderson, Erik Locke and Stephen Mayne. All should grow up. All should read a real blog. A blog that is always first with the latest news. The Andrew Landeryou Blog.

I won't visit the library in case I catch something. Sound advice and the number of Slanderyou voters who believe it is actually decreasing. You can't catch AIDS from a dunny seat yet it's amazing how many believe so.

Why won't you tell us Mr Mayne why People Power will not re-admit you?

At least the puppet Kim can be taken seriously.

At least the puppet Kim gave us all a good laugh. Unlike Andy.

Why is Andy linking to pictures of gay orgies http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger2/245/3457/1600/bloggers.0.jpg?

Is there another side to our poor friend we know nothing about? Is this how the bankrupt and unemployable get their kicks? Or is this how Andrew get his money?

Pink Panther didn't kick me out.

AIDS from the National Library dunny seat alternative is dropping in popularity. It's now down to under two thirds. As more readers are educated about AIDS it might be down to less than half. Remember though, there are a lot of morons out there.

I think Stephen Mayne a recent correspondent was referring to People Power and not Pink Panther.

What happened at the People Power AGM?

Anonymous said...

They're both puppets with someone else pulling their strings and putting words in their mouths?

They both have an empty cavety between their ears?

Um... you can use both of them to frighten small children?

The Andrew Landeryou Blog. First with the latest news always. Read below the item just posted that exposes the Mayne Man at the People Power AGM:

MAYNIAC: Party Crasher Stephen Mayne Doesn't Understand That No Means No

Enraged political catastrophe, insolvent trader, Liberal rat, born again leftist and officially registered consumer of psychotropic drugs Stephen Mayne is continuing to unleash his unique brand of megalomaniac malice on the suffering membership of People Power. He is like the drunk letch at the party trying to force himself on anything that moves. No means no, Stevie.

One former member sent through this recent summary of Mayne's antics:

Expelled People Power member and would-be dictator Stephen Mayne has continued his rage against the Party’s Board by circulating a typically defamatory message to Party members containing a series of email messages and allegations he attributes to those who voted on his expulsion, and a direction to a clause in the Party’s Rules (aimed at substantiating his claim that his expulsion was “unconstitutional”), topped off by a call to send proxy nomination forms to his wife, Paula Piccinini for the Party’s Board elections on Saturday.

Among the allegations made is the claim that the Party's Communications Manager, Robyn Allcock spied on emails sent by President Vern Hughes. Not explained is how Mr Mayne himself came to be in possession of personal messages he says were exchanged by the two! (OC: Hacking email is a serious criminal offence, Stephen, tsk tsk, hopefully the victims can be persuaded to make complaints to the Australian Federal Police)

We note that, despite his stated intention on the sale of Crikey, to find another job in the media, nobody seems willing to make him an offer. Some have commented that nobody who has ever worked with Stephen would want to repeat the experience.

Mayne is telling all and sundry that his expulsion was not valid. He's wrong about that too. Here is the section of the Rules which pertains to the expulsion. The process outlined below was followed. So Mayne is definitely out despite his attempted bush lawyering to the contrary. Sayonara Emperor Stevie. We now proceed to the ritual disembowelment.

Extracted from the Rules of People Power:

37. Discipline, suspension and expulsion of members

(1) Subject to these Rules, if the Board is of the opinion that a member has refused or neglected to comply with these Rules, or has been guilty of conduct unbecoming a member or prejudicial to the interests of the Association, the Board may by resolution-

(a) suspend that member from membership of the Association for a specified period; or

(b) expel that member from the Association.

(2) A resolution of the Board under sub-rule (1) does not take effect unless at a meeting held in accordance with sub-rule (3), the Board confirms the resolution.

(3) A meeting of the Board to confirm or revoke a resolution passed under sub-rule (1) must be held not earlier than 14 days, and not later than 42 days, after notice has been given to the member in accordance with sub-rule (4).

(4) For the purposes of giving notice in accordance with sub-rule (3), the Secretary must, as soon as practicable, cause to be given to the member a written notice -

(a) setting out the resolution of the Board and the grounds on which it is based; and
(b) stating that the member, or his or her representative, may address the Board at a meeting to be held not earlier than 14 days and not later than 42 days after the notice has been given to that member; and
(c) stating the date, place and time of that meeting; and
(d) informing the member that he or she may do one or both of the following-

(i) attend that meeting;

(ii) give to the Board before the date of that meeting a written statement seeking the revocation of the resolution.

(5) At a meeting of the Board to confirm or revoke a resolution passed under sub-rule (1), the Board must-

(a) give the member, or his or her representative, an opportunity to be heard; and
(b) give due consideration to any written statement submitted by the member; and
(c) determine by resolution whether to confirm or to revoke the resolution.

(6) If at the meeting of the Board, the Board confirms the resolution, the member shall be deemed to be expelled from the Association

Game on.

Landeryou hates Mayne because he exposed him as Delia Delegate, has a real Walkley award - not a made up one - and has made money from the internet - unlike Andy's disasterous attempts which bankrupted him. Oh, and has a happy marriage, too.

Couldn't have said it better myself.

Hmmm, "Cait Catt" and "Colleen Hartland is Attractive" comes out of nowhere to boost and defend Landeryou. Their prose is strangely similar in tone and content as Landeryou's as well as their gibbering about Mayne, Anderson, Locke, the "Spencer Street Soviet," accusations about Delia Delegate and praising of Landeryou. What are the odds they are all the same person? Very good, I'd say.

Landeryou aint me. I am an admirer though.

Who writes under the name Ford Prefect on the Landeryou blog? I've never read such crap in all my life as that cretin writes. For once I'm not accusing Mayne. Even he writes better than that.

What idiots answer the poll on this blog. Almost two thirds of them say you can catch AIDS from a National Library dunny seat. What is this fixation about dunnies? These people should see the movie Kenny.

I think the poll is a fraud. It is totally unscientific and I only read it for amusement value.

This blog should be exposing perverts. Not slandering an innocent man who publishes the best blog on the net.

Thank you Cait Catt for your contributions.

Almost all the content of this blog is trite. Not just the poll. There is no real news here at all. I don't think much of Leonie Woods but her journalism is better than the journalism of this, the Anderson/Locke/Mayne blog.

Get lost Slanderyou.

Even the great Tim Blair fully supports Slanderyou!
